WILMINGTON, DE, JULY 12, 2006 . . . Hercules Incorporated (NYSE: HPC) today announced that it will initiate a price increase on rosin derivatives and polyterpene resins manufactured in Brunswick, Georgia.  Raw material and energy increases are the main drivers of this action.  The increase is effective August 1, 2006 or as soon as commitments allow.
