WILMINGTON, DE, JUNE 15, 2006 . . . Hercules Incorporated (NYSE: HPC) today announced that its Paper Technologies and Ventures Group will initiate a price increase for Sodium Formate of 5 cents per pound for all grades and includes both list and off-list prices. This increase is effective July 1, 2006 or as soon as commitments allow.
