It was announced at the annual meeting that based on preliminary voting results, three incumbent directors, Craig A. Rogerson, John C. Hunter, III, and Robert D. Kenedy were re-elected for a new three-year term ending in 2010. Shareholders also approved the appointment of BDO Seidman, LLP, as independent registered public accountants for 2007.

In addition, shareholders approved the proposal to declassify the board of directors and elect each director annually.
