Aqualon Division of Hercules Incorporated Completes Integration of Pinova’s Vinsol Business Unit
January 26, 2007...Hercules Incorporated today announced that it has completed the integration of its Pinova (formerly Hercules Resins) business unit into the Aqualon division. Pinova’s Vinsol product line for the asphalt emulsion and concrete markets has been integrated into the Aqualon Construction Segment and will continue to be manufactured in the Brunswick, GA facility. Aqualon’s global reach and complimentary technologies will help ensure continued success for Pinova products in the construction segment.
