To Hercules Plaza from Philadelphia, PA 
 

• Take I-95 South. (Do not take I-495 - follow I-95 signs for Wilmington.)
  

• Take first Delaware Avenue Exit (after the Concord Pike - Rt. 202 exits).
  

• Stay to the left as you come up grade to traffic light. Turn left onto Delaware Avenue and take left lane. Stay in this lane. There is a sign marked "11th Street (2 lanes)"
  

• Pass seven streets - Adams - Jefferson - Washington - West - Tatnall, Orange and Shipley.
  

• After crossing over Orange Street, the Hotel DuPont will be on the right. Get into the left lane.
  

• The next street is Market Street. Turn left.
  

• Proceed down Market Street crossing 12th and 13th Streets (traffic lights at each corner). Hercules Plaza will be on the left with greenish glass windows.
  

• There is a small Park sign and green awning. Parking is available under the building. There is a sign indicating where you enter the garage from Market Street. After parking, proceed up the elevator to the Visitors Room on the first floor.

To Hercules Research Center from Philadelphia, PA
 

• Travel South on I-95.
  

• From I-95 South take Newport Exit, Exit 5 (Route 141 North).
  

• Stay on 141 North for approximately 5 miles until you reach Route 48 (Lancaster Pike). Landmark: There will be a glass-mirrored building on your left and a traffic light at this intersection.
  

• Turn left on to Route 48 (Lancaster Pike).
  

• At the 2nd traffic light, turn left on to Hercules Road.
  

• The entrance will be on the left.
  

Hercules Research Center:
Go straight to parking lot by the main gate, enter guard house, and let the guard know you are here.

CSD-Bldg. 8145:
Bear to right and follow road to parking lot. Park at far end of parking lot near 2nd turnstile. Call 2-7019 from turnstile for entrance.
