Easter Seals Volleyball Challenge

Hercules participates in this annual Delaware event through corporate sponsorship and team fundraising efforts.  In 2006, more than 200 teams representing 50 local companies participated, raising a total of nearly $300,000.  A Hercules team captain was the third top individual fundraiser.

Team members consist of family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.  The Volleyball Challenge is a great way to have fun while raising funds for children and adults with disabilities in Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. 

Easter Seals’ mission is to help people with disabilities live their lives with independence and dignity.  Easter Seals provides a wide range of programs and services for children and adults who have been afflicted with multiple sclerosis, spina bifida, mental retardation, Down Syndrome, birth defects and brain injury.
