United Way Campaign
United Way provides vital support to those in need in our communities and the Hercules United Way campaign is critical to the success of community campaigns in Delaware and many plant locations. Each year Hercules conducts a Corporate United Way campaign, soliciting both employees and retirees. Every donation is matched $.50 on the dollar by Hercules. For the past two years, we have added some excitement and fun for employees by holding events such as our own version of the Kentucky Derby and a NASCAR race to raise additional money for United Way.

Our employees help create stronger communities by building partnerships with organizations that offer various resources to meet human needs.  In support of these efforts, Hercules has a grant program to assist employees engaged in community projects.  Its purpose is both to encourage employee volunteerism and support charitable organizations.
